CHA/Customized spoke hole angle

All spoke hole angles must be customized according to the geometric angle of the hub.all drilled holes are inspected to ensure they are free of burrs.You can request a customized drilling pattern if you have a unique wheel build.

TRD/Tubeless R angle design

All TDC bike are tubeless compatible.We design a R angle,The rounded edge makes tire installation easier and offers increased support during hard cornering with a softer edge and larger surface area.

LMS/lighter materials improve the strength

We use lighter materials and make full use of the combination of T700 and T800 to improve the strength.

SIW/smooth Inside Wall

We use a specific, thinner, high-pressure air bladders to control the inner wall smoothness, and the inner wall air bladders can be extracted clean at one time, without residue, not only effectively improve the tightness of the carbon fiber yarn, but also allow the spoke cap to be more tightly integrated with the spoke hole.

OPT/one piece technology

Compared to the technology of 3 piece, our one piece tech is more technically difficult and takes longer to produce, but the rigidity of the rim is at least 7% higher.

BLT/Bead Lock technology

The bump on the rim bed helps to create a buffer during tire inflation, making the mounting process easier. When the tire is mounted, the raised portion reinforces the tire bead, making it harder to “burp” or fall back into the drop channel.

TECHNOLOGY

	Italy Design Team we invited Italy professional engineer to develop new moulding each year. More than 10 years design experience can supply more accurate design which is developed according to the customer’s requests and specifications, focusing on the targets and providing functional solutions.
	3D latex mandrel technology we added new 3D latex mandrel technology. 3D latex mandrel technology than traditional EPS or airbag technology can make frames more smooth without wrinkle inner wall.
	Carbon Fiber Material Premium Japan Toray T700/T800 carbon fiber is used in our carbon bike frame.  Combining with stable resin system to make consistent quality and light weight frame.
	Lab Test All tour de cycling carbon frame are rigorously tested under international standard ISO4210/EN15194.We will also be sent sample to the 3rd External Organization for SGS testing upon customer’s requirement. All new frames will be tested at least 10% more strictly during the development phase on the basis of EN15194 or ISO4210, thus it can ensure the safety of all products.
	2-Year Warranty We have very strict mass production management system, IQC, PQC, OQC and Lab Testing process. We insist on making high quality. Q1: What is your MOQ ?

A1:Minimum order quantity of different non-products is different. For specific products, please consult with inquiry.We can supply samples at a cost of twice the selling price. If you place an order, the sample fee will be refunded.

Q2: How long is the sample lead time?

A2: For existing samples, it takes 15 days.

Q3: How long is the carbon disc brake rims production lead time?

A3: Decide the delivery date of the product according to the quantity ordered,About 15-20 days.

Q4: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

A4: We have our own designer in house . So you can provide JPG or PDF,etc.We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

Q5: How many colors are available?

A5: Any color can be provided as long as the color palette you need is provided to us.

Q6: Which kinds of certificate would you have?

A6: Product Patent Certificate. Local certificate of safety standards.

Q7: What is your payment term?

A7: Firstly, confirm PI and pay deposit,then we will arrange sample and massive production. After finished production, pls. pay the balance before shipment. Then delivery the goods.
