We use a bi-directional technique to optimize the carbon’s strength without excess material and added extra weight. And our experience and proprietary lay-up techniques have earned us accolades from riders and industry alike. Each frame starts with the base carbon material, in the case of a full suspension carbon fiber all mountain bike, something commonly called prepreg. Prepreg is a sheet of carbon that is impregnated with a resin that acts as a curing agent during the molding process. This is one of the key steps in optimizing stiffness and strength.

Our factory built lab room under the standard of ISO-4210, each new frames will take test until to pass the ISO-4210 .The test includes Stiffness Test,Frame Fatigue Test With Horizontal Forces,Frame Fatigue Test With Vertical Forces,Frame Fatigue Test With Pedalling Forces,Frame Fatigue Test with bottom bracket,Frame disc brake mount test etc all stability test and will supply customer best quality to make sure each frames are qualified and safe.
